The project adds a sports hall building, connecting the existing Lerner Center buildings with surrounding sports facilities, future housing, and the planned light rail station. It includes a multi-purpose sports arena with seating for approximately 630 spectators, clear public circulation, and separated operational zones for athletes and staff. An underground parking level and a roof with six padel courts complete the complex as an active urban sports hub.
